Program Description

VOXTiX offers SMS (Short Message Service) and MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) text messaging to provide customers and prospective customers with service updates, appointment reminders, account notifications, promotional offers, and other business-related communications.

By opting in to our messaging program, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Consent & Opt-In

Standard message and data rates may apply to any messages sent or received, as determined by your wireless carrier. VOXTiX is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.

Supported Carriers

Our messaging program is designed to work with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and US Cellular. Carrier support and delivery may vary. VOXTiX is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier issues.

Privacy & Data Use

Your phone number and opt-in data are collected solely for the purpose of delivering the messages described in this program. We respect your privacy and handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• We may share your information with service providers who assist in delivering text messages on our behalf. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.
• Your consent data (phone number, opt-in timestamp, and method) is retained for compliance recordkeeping.
