We were done being unpaid support reps.
We started fixing neighbors' computers for cash as teenagers. That hustle eventually turned into our own MSP. The more clients we served, the more one problem kept getting in the way. Every voice platform we resold came with the same deal: complicated setups, poor support, and a helpdesk queue that always landed back on our desk with nothing to show for it.
So instead of reselling white-labeled products, we built the company we wished we had. A platform built from the ground up to do one thing exceptionally well: make sure no business ever loses a lead to a missed call, an ignored voicemail, or slow follow-up again.
