911 & E911 Disclosure
VOXTiX provides E911 services as part of our cloud voice platform. However, E911 via VoIP differs from traditional 911 service. You must provide an accurate physical address (Registered Location) for each device or user. If you move your device, you must update your Registered Location in the VOXTiX portal immediately.
WARNING: VOXTiX E911 service may not function during a power outage or if your internet connection is lost. We recommend maintaining a secondary means of contacting emergency services.
HIPAA Compliance
VOXTiX supports healthcare providers by offering HIPAA-compliant communications. Our platform includes security controls designed to protect Protected Health Information (PHI), including encrypted voice traffic, secure IPFax (Fax-to-Email), and audit logging.
We are prepared to enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with our healthcare clients to satisfy HIPAA requirements.
STIR/SHAKEN & Robocall Mitigation
In compliance with FCC regulations and the TRACED Act, VOXTiX has fully implemented STIR/SHAKEN call authentication. This technology helps verify that the caller ID information transmitted with a SIP call is legitimate, significantly reducing the impact of illegal "spoofed" robocalls.
Our Robocall Mitigation Plan is on file with the FCC, and we actively monitor our network for fraudulent traffic patterns.
CPNI Protections
VOXTiX protects your Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI). This includes details about the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, location, and amount of use of your telecommunications services.
We do not sell CPNI to third parties. Access to CPNI is restricted to employees who require it to provide service, billing, and support.

VOXTiX is committed to ensuring our services are accessible to individuals with disabilities, in accordance with Section 255 of the Communications Act and the CVAA. We provide compatibility with various assistive technologies and TTY services.
